As a charity run playgroup we rely heavily on fundraising to supplement our income as the government funding for the funded does not cover all of our costs.
We are grateful to our parents, committee members and the local community who have helped with fundraising so far and really appreciate it!
Bun Club We run a bun club each on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Each week we ask volunteers to whip up some tasty treats and sell them for 50p each. If you would like to volunteer to bake please sign up on the sheet on the notice board.

We’re thrilled to announce we have been selected as a Co-op Local Community Fund (LCF) cause. Being chosen as a Co-op LCF cause for 2023/24 will give us the opportunity to raise money to improve the outdoor area.
To start with, you’ll need to be a Co-op Member and select us as you local cause. You can sign-up online for just £1. Then, for every £1 you spend on selected Co-op products/services, 2p goes back to you and Co-op gives the same to support community organisations like us!

Shop online and fundraise for the playgroup at no extra cost to you! The retailer donates a percentage of the amount that you spend. You just need to create an account with GiveasyouLive and select Stockton Lane Playgroup as your preferred charity. There are over 6,000 stores signed up including Sainsburys, Tesco, M&S and Argos.

Volunteer your time We appreciate any help with a wide range of tasks such as: organising fundraising events, designing a poster, calculating fees, modernising our website, selling raffle tickets or contacting companies to donate raffle prizes. There are different activities you can get involved in, depending on the amount of time you have.

Bag2School As well as raising vitally needed funds for our playgroup, it also helps the environment by helping to divert unwanted textiles away from landfill. You can donate unwanted textiles – this can include adults’ and children’s clothes, shoes (tied together please), hats, belts, handbags and soft toys.

Please follow and like us on Facebook!
We have recently started a Facebook page to help advertise our wonderful playgroup. (No children’s images or data will be shared on this group). Please like and share the page.

Amazon Wishlist! We have set up an amazon wish list for items of equipment, which we hope to buy from our fundraising events. However, if you know of someone who would like to purchase an item please feel free to send them the link!
